I am Swedish. If you are a Swedish citizen, just contact the social security office (sociala myndigheterna) and tell them what you want. There shouldn't be a problem at all. You are the father and as such you are the one who should take care of your own child. Either the grandmother will give the child to you willingly or the police will get her for you. Don't let yourself be subjected to this abuse any longer. It's your child! As someone else said, let the child go to the granny for holidays, but she should be with her father. Period. I know I wouldn't let anyone take my child!! Granny can come and visit any time she likes.
