Most of the outgoing-tour travel agencies in Ukraine cater to Ukrainian tourists and their websites would most likely be in Ukrainian or russian language. I suggest you do the search on Google in Ukrainian: You could try word combinations like "відпочинок в Австрійських Альпах", or "Австрійські гірськолижні курорти", etc.
: I would like to take my Ukrainian girlfriend on a ski holiday to Austria this winter. The most practical way of doing this seems to be, either to book a package holiday for both of us from Ukraine (and travel together), or book the package from Ukraine for her only, then travel to Austria under my own steam or with a package tour from UK for the same dates, and meet in Austria. With a bit of planning we might even me able to book eparate packages which use the same hotel.
: What I would like to ask is, does anyone know of any travel agencies in Ukraine who deal with OUTGOING tourism, and who might be able to sell such a package holiday to Austria? (All the web searches seem to find only agents dealing with INCOMING tours to Ukraine.)
