Yes, there is no problem finding bottled water in Ukraine: "mineral'na voda hazovana" (with bubbles) or "nehazovana" (sans bubbles).

I have found that some city water is sort of calcified - lots of visible sediment after boiling. Maybe someone can explain what that might be. Since I drink drip coffee, I always have a good supply of Melitta filters with me, and use them even for filterng the water when necessary.
