I'm interested in a safe, clean apartment - "First World" luxuries are superfluous.
An old "avtomat" washing machine, cooking facility, table, chairs and a bed is what matters.
Long-term rent is obviously cheaper than paying insanely high short-term prices, so I'd be renting on a yearly lease agreement.
