All the outdoor markets have inspectors, sometimes I am told they have gieger counters.
Thats not to say that the produce is perfect for eating, a lot of people have become ill recently because eating sausage made from illegal import of western meat waste/pet food.
be caring when buying vodka that it not alcohol distilled from thing for industrial usages.
Same thing for so called western supermarkets.
