Hey ya'll!
I'll be flying into Kiev in about 2 weeks and wondered if I have to register my passport in Kiev or can I register it in the city where I'll spend most of my time, Lugansk? I ask because my hosts have already purchased train tickets and there are only 2 hours between when my plane lands and when the train leaves for Lugansk. Also, can I register my passport just before I leave from Kiev for my return flight? Thanks!
