Black Sea is Black Sea,

That said,.. I spoke to my sister in law in Sevastopol , she said that after two months of NO rain they are getting massive rain storms every other day , then quiet again. so far in her area there is no flooding but a few land slide type events ( small ) she has heard of some small flooding in other areas but nothing compared to Prague or germany.

In Russia is was a flash flood and landslide that did the damage and after flooding.

Unfortunately info seems to be still slow from Russia

read

www.themoscowtimes.com for ARussian perspectives ( in English ) and other languages.

She also said something about a small tornado ( unverified, I think it was a water spout ) that supposedly the Military changed its direction by shooting something at or near it ( NOT BLOODY LIKELY was my answer )
