Thank you very much for your response. My wife and I are thinking about moving to Crimea and starting a business (absolutely nothing to do with the marriage industry!)I will give an update when I return this summer.
I will contact those companies you suggested, and the info about the common areas of flats was invaluable (I hadn't even thought about that).
