Hello there,
Yes, there is ferry from Sevastopol to Istanbul, goes weekly, depart Sevastopol on Monday at 8:00am As for getting to Odessa from Sevastopol it's not difficult. You should get to Simferopol first (about 70 km) and use overnight train #650. It depart Simfropol at 16:54 and arrive to Odessa at 06:51 next morning. The ticket cost $7 for 4-bed room and $22 for 2-bed room.
