Hi everyone,
As far as i know, i need to get to the Departement of Vital Statistics and Civil Status in order to fill up a marriage application, than get the approval to the nearest ZAGS. Is there a branch office of this Departement near Feodosiya ( Simferopol) or do this procedure must only be done in Kiev?
I know i am pushing my luck, but is there any possibility that my fiancée fill up this marriage application by herself with my documents in hand? ( All od my documents have been properly nothaurized, authentified, translated and again authentified by the Ukraine embassy here in Canada)
