You must have a valid US passport with at least 3 months past the date of your proposed exit date from Ukraine left before the expiration date, first. Then do a search on this site as Dan has posted (in detail) what is required to obrtain a Ukraine visa. Then you will be able to get the required Ukraine visa. Then, enjoy yourself!!!
