What is being discussed is a stamp in a Ukraine National's passport, not an exit visa. I have never heard of an exit visa. What in the world is that? Dan probably knows. He seems to know everything. If you are afraid to take your wife to Ukraine without the passport stamp, pay the Ukraine Embassy in USA their fee and get the stamp. I think it costs $400 to $500 dollars. From their posts, Darrell and Lidiya have been through this before. They have personal experiences. You can rely on their information or go to Ukraine and have your own personal experience.
