I sleep 8 hours or less, 15 hours is a night and most of a day. Rounding up, it can easily occupy a couple days getting there and back. Flying, when it's practical, is just so much easier and time saving. Unlike you (per your opinions here), I really don't like sitting around on trains (especially the crummy ones) -- I despise them in the summer swealter. And, I would rather sleep in a more quiet comfortable place. It's all a matter of opinion. In the end, timing, chance, and the Ukraine, will decide it for you.
