I appreciate what each of you had to say. Now I am confused. All I am looking for is a clean one bedroom apartment, quiet, safe, with laundry, kitchen, hot water, utensils, close to super market and transportation. Also would like to meet nice, decent Ukrainian ladies. Now is Podil better or is downtown better for all of the above?
