Culture Shock! : Ukraine by Meredith Dalton
Hippocrene Language and Travel Guide to Ukraine by Linda Hodges and George Ch

Neither is very expensive. I like the second better than the first, for the overall tone of enthusiasm it has. I would not want to vouch for either as inerrant. Other readers of this board might also comment on these books, for the benefit of us all. But I think if you use them with caution, you should be well-served by them.
