If you want to travel ultra-light, you might consider buying a wardrobe there. Clothing, like food, is very inexpensive. Just an idea.

One thing I've noticed is that Ukrainians take shoe care pretty seriously. They don't wear shoes in the home, and always make sure their shoes are clean and presentable before going out.

: I am travelling to Kyiv in September. Please advise on what is best for men to wear. Do women like shorts on men? Short shorts or long shorts? Will it be too cold for shorts? Also is the trend long hair or short hair in Ukraine? Appreciate your time.
