You need visa to enter Ukraine. you can ask at the Ukraine Emabssy in your home country.
The ty[e of visa you require depends on your visit.
You may require a multiple visit visa or a single entry visa. Tourist/Business or Transit.
You may also require an inviation.
You will find the local embassy helpful. If need be contact a local travel agent that specialises in travel to Ukraine.
As for the cost just ask at the local train station or visit www.sbb.ch for timetables and price.
