After reading endless websites, BBs, chatrooms I still don't know the right answer. The Embassy phone is always busy and they won't answer my E-mails. It seems esiest to go and return with a re-entry permit (Is re-entry permit the same as Advance parole?) with a Ukrainian VISA also. But I'm not sure. Does that seem right to everybody? I already have airplane tickets.
