This subject was discussed on this board some time ago. The problem is that the Ukrainian Law is very obscure and it is up to the immigration officer at the botder point to let you out or not. Use the search engine to find the info you need. I preferred to travel on the re-entry permit with a visa to the Ukraine in it. So far it seemed to be the easiest way to travel.But as you green card is conditional you may have a good excuse for not having a PMZh stamp in your passport as you do not have a permanent residence in the U.S.

: I came to USA on K1 fiancee visa and I have married an American.I am going to have my interview to adjust my status to permanent conditional resident on June 22.After that I want to visit my family in Ukraine.I've heard that some green card holders have trouble exiting Ukraine.Please, advise me what I need to do to comply with Ukrainian Law.What documents will I need.
