Ukrainian LAW states that the official language in Ukraine is Ukrainian. Russians/Communists continue to ignore the law and do all that they can to undermine Ukraine's sovereignty. Twisting of the facts as in the quote below is generally how they operate if they even bother to justify their lawless behavior.
