It's a Russian tradition, to occuped territories, like Konigsberg, and say that there aren't any person exept Russian. Where they are? You don't know???
In other hand this is a Russian habit to see the inhabitants in the occupied territorries with scorn, desprise their language and culture, and then ask "with a blue eye": "Why they don't like us?" Any problem with human rights when Litva, Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine, Belarus, all Asian countries was obligated to study Russian. Now when we ask to learn the language (which the Russian population must know, everybody studied it in school) and to speak in it in OFFICIAL places, this mean, Government, Governamental officies, they cry because of violation of human rights.
Mr. P.G. say that the Spanish example is wonderful. Do you even imagine Spain with Spanish, Catalan, Galician, Basque, Valencian languages, all officials in all country??? It's nonsens, they'll sey. But it's quite OK for Ukraine. Nema sliv...
