The population did decrease from 52mln in 1991 to 49mln this year,the Ukrainian women prefer to marry 99yo US men with shaking sticky hands,because the life with those men is better though than that in" independent" Ukraine
In Russia too. And, if we speak about a decreasing of the population, the first one in the all world is Spain. What the problem with the Spanish language :))))
In EUROPE it should be done the EUROPEAN WAY-like in Sweden,Finland,Spain(castellano,euskera,catalan,gallego-4! languages),Belgium.
What about Spain? Yes, 4 languages. But euskera or gallego aren´t official in WHOLE country. In Andalusia nobody study euskera! The WHOLE country has ONE official language, and only in the places, where traditionally and historically Basques, Gallegos, Catalanes lived, and still are living, these languages are official. So, if you live in Madrid, your children study only Spanish, and if you want, in a free time euskera, gallego, etc. After the school you have exames only in Spanish. In Euskadi you must to know Euskera and Spanish, in Cataluna Catalan and Spanish, in Galicia Gallego and Spanish. If you want to work in the local government in Euskadi (Basque Country), in hospitals, schools, etc., you must know Euskera and Spanish. Let do it in Ukraine, where is the problem? Ukrainian as official in the WHOLE country, and Russian only official in Lugansk, Dnepropetrovsk, Odesa, etc. So Russian as obligatory in Lugansk, but not in Kiev. This is what occure in Spain.
THE HUGE CRIME RATE IS CAUSED BY POVERTY AND LIBERAL VALUES,and those values were brougt to the Ukraine due to its "independence".
