Ukraine seriously depend on Russian gas,oil,technologies,etc and with newly elected president the situation can get changed to worse.
Aha, so if we want to collaborate with Russia, we must speak Russian? Germany is wealthy country, much more reach that Russia. Let study German better! :)))))))))))))
