If it will happen, UKRAINIANS will choose Russian as a second official language and then Ukrainian slowly will die, because already 60 to 70% of the Ukrainians speak Russian, and they like it, and they do not want changes.

This is a Soviet legacy. Let's make this referendum in 15-20 years, ok?
