Ну а потім був вибір -- здихати на Печорі, або бути москальським гарматним м'ясом. Мій дiд, як бачите, обрав другу з цих чудових опцій. : Some percentage of Rusyns came from Stalin's camps. The Czechoslovak army headed by Gen.Svoboda moved to USSR. These were in camps but not in Gulag. Though, it is very interesting how your father's village got into USSR.
