Thank you that is an excellent point.
I think that it is a very valuable expansion as to why Ukraine did not undergo a revolution. Privatization and de-communization underwent greater headway in Russia because Yeltsin was a greater opponent of communism.
Ukraine has not had such a strong personality emerge to set a new agenda.
