If you are living in the New York City area I would want to communicate with you offline. There is much that can be done. I have developed a strategy to begin to revive the neighborhood from a Ukrainian point of view. I have experience and training in management and urban planning.
I would recommend that all the members of the Self Reliance FCU in NYC who are in agreement with me and about the attend the Self Reliance FCU annual meeting on Sunday, March 18. If you are not a member you can become a member by depositing $50 and paying a $5 annual membership fee. Hundreds of millions of dollars are available there and 100 million dollars are idle.
