I don't know whether you intended it to come out that way or not, but "if it isn't a secret" could be very offensive to Jaime; you're just attaching a stereotype to a person who probably is not even close to being related to it. We hate when others associate us with Russians, etc., so we should be mindful when dealing people of Hispanic origin.
