No Peter, I am not the "Former Har'kov", I really am Taras Schevchenko the 19th century Ukrainaian poet, and have returned to life and now post here in English. I see that just as I was banned in the 19th century by Tzarist rulers, there are today reactionary elements who would attempt to do the same.
