Alex --
If you are in Canada, how do you "know" about all of these atrocities against Russian speakers?
I travel to Ukraine with relative frequency and have encountered many government officials in various parts of Ukraine who don't speak Ukrainian, and no one has removed them.
The US is a multi-lingual society, but government officials MUST speak English; no one can get a job at any level in government without being fluent in English. In Ukraine, there are many people who refuse to speak Ukrainian, who are in government positions.
If the use of Russian were as restricted as you say it is, then, given people's nature, by now there would be very few people in Ukraine speaking Russian. In reality, many still do, so all of your arguments are based on your ideas, not on reality.
The fact that you spend somany hours insisting on the rights of "maligned" Russian speakers indicates that you have some sort of agenda. For the sake of openness and honesty, you should make the agenda clear.
