Ireland, Canada, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switerland all have multi-lingual societies and are not ghettos. Ukraine is already in some regards a ghetto to linguistic minorities (if you would define 50% a minority) and not only Russian (Tatar, Hugaraian, Romanian and Polish). Accept multi-linguallity and multi-culturalism would serve both Ukraine and Russia very well.
