Dirk, perhaps you are true... But only imagin this situation: French came to live in German, making 10% of the population of your country. (Why French? You have a lot of Turkish). And want to do their langage not only useful in the places where this people live, but official for whole Germany. I'm not against eg. Turkish schools, if this people want to educate their people in their culture, but another people must study this language?
We can take eg. from the life. In France, as you know there are Basque, Bretans, etc. Now they can have their schools in their languages, but they don't want to obligate Paris speak Basque or Breton!
