Fact 1. When a person who didn't speak Ukrainian is appointed to a top governmental position in Ukraine (say, Vice-Prime-Minister), he/she is quickly learning and speaking a good Ukrainian and learning what is foreign.
Fact 2. When the legislative draft preapared in Russian in its 1-st version with the word "spisat'" (to grace) was translated into Ukrainian, that word was translated as "styahnuty" (to charge). It is the language where non-transparent and inefficient legislation and policy comes from.
Conclusions. In fact, Ukrainian is and should be the only state language of Ukraine. At the same time it is good when Ukrainians know Chinese, German, English, Hebrew, Hungarian, Polish, Russian, or Turkish as well.
