Why are there no comments on the subject of the suvery in question? I find it pretty annoying that people take the opportunity of this comment board to discuss whatever other issues may come to their mind! I guess we need a Ukie chatroom to talk things Ukie! But please, anyone have any thoughts on this particular issue? I'd sure like to read them (as I am uncertain of what is at stake. . .)
My thoughts/questions: how is the CIS a benefit to Ukraine? Is the CIS a dangerous institution full of/controlled by Russian chauvanistic muscle/zeal? What would be the consequences of Ukraine withdrawing? If the CIS makes Ukraine vulnerable to Russian bullying (ie, "influence"--in proper parlor parlance), I would argue it should withdraw immediately, if the cost of doing so would not plunge the average citizen into a plight far worse than what already is their's. . .
Any thoughts would be appreciated. . .
