No. Although many Ukrainians faught in the Soviet Army, that victory was not a victory for Ukraine. On the contrary, as a result of it, Ukraine became more oppressed and humiliated by the Soviet government. There may be a Memorial day for those who died in war or some kind of a "Day of National reconciliation", but not a Day of the Soviet Victory.
