Some of your readers might be tempted to make some of their own, so why not get a real Ukrainian recipe at the 15th Annual Yonkers Ukrainian Heritage Festival's web site (which was just wonderfully redone)at www.brama.com/yonkersukrainianfest .There you can also find additional recipes and information on the premier Ukrainian event to be at on the East Coast.
