Let me ans. for MTL - of course not, he has not read ANY Ukrainian or Russian history before travelling ot Ukraine or getting on this board - which is why - he got slammed and was boo-hooing on the travel board _ now I am refering to seidner/Gazprom/MTL BUT there is an impostor - read on
The current MTL author may just be posting under the seidner/Gazprom/MTL moniker - and trying to keep up his personna.
