No it is not to let them off the hook - but the point is if opportunists could not exploit in Ukraine, would they just up and disappear? No. They would exploit elsewhere - but oh yeah, they are exploiting wherever possible. And when I bring this up as a global issue, then I get hammered for seeing the larger picture. Of course, locally it must be dealt with and the people involved must face prosecution but this will not solve the issue. Or do you not care what goes on elsewhere and only care what goes on in Ukraine?
