It's pretty hard at this point to count votes, Yushenko's party clearly has the largest block, but it's still inadequate, he'll have to make a large number of alliances and beat out the opposition who will try to do the same, you're right though, power will be negotiated on some level, meanwhile I expect huge money to flow in from Russia to try and tip the scales in their favor, this will certainly work against Tymoshenko, but I don't see Russians pouring money on Yushenko, this'll take some thought to see what the Russians will do, just promote Socialists and Communists and make them more powerful?
