Well, this is where we differ in viewpoint.

And it is hence - interpreters are made avail. In so far as no funds for Russian schools - all of a sudden no funds - what happened? no budget cuts, etc. And why are you not stumping for the Tartar language? just the Russian language? A tad bit discriminatory isn't it on your part? Why are there Russian schools in Crimea and no Tartar schools? Only just recently, they started the only Tartar language radio station in UA - and that was post Yushchenko becoming President.
