Look get this simple fact straight, you cannot blame the ENTIRE Jewish people for what Lazar Kaganovich did, or for what members of the NKVD did some of whom (what percentage exactly is up for debate) were Jews. The NKVD had members from EVERY ethnic group in the Soviet Union, even Ukrainians, what Jews were in the NKVD were purged in the 1930's by Stalin. By your logic you would have to hold Ukrainians responsible as well, and Georgians, since Stalin originated from Georgia. Jews were heavily persecuted in the Soviet Union, if anything they and Ukrainians shared a common history of mutual repression in Tsarist Russia and the Soviet Union.
I think you have things backwards Jews did not participate in the destruction of anything in Ukraine. However Jews were victims of Pogroms, of racial laws, of genocide committed by various governments, with the aid of many willing Ukrainians.
