Your name is Irish, not Native American. so, at least one of your anscestors came to this country. Perhaps you should read some history to see what people in the US used to say (and still do, if you listen to FM 101.5 in NJ) about the Irish. That should give you pause about making generalizations about any ethnic group.
You took one trip to Ukraine, did not follow the law, were fined, your money was confiscated. Then, you went to court and obtained some relief. Many foreigners in the US do not any close to due process in our courts.
If you have ever looked around you, you would know that no country or ethnicity has a lock on either good or bad people.
The reason that the US has a visa lottery is because we do not have enough workers to fill many low-level jobs, which pay very little and offeer no benefits. Yet, these jobs need to be filled to maintain our standard of living.
You sound like you are very angry about what happened to you and just can't let go. You are unable to accept that you were partially responsible and are flailing around, trying to hit anyone who comes within your reach.
Hopefully, the next time that you travel somewhere, you will follow that country's laws and regulations. Then, you won't get into trouble.
