The Act is one problem. The principal problem is an out of control fertility rate in the United States, 2.1 kids per woman. U.S. population = 300 million in 2005, and estimated at 450 million in 2050. [Bureau of the Census].
: It is beautiful that WE reside in a country where people can hold contrary opinions and not be beaten, tortured, killed, threatened, intimidated, ... and if you wish to deny others the opportunities which you enjoy in the United States - "The Act makes available 50,000 permanent resident visas annually to persons from countries with low rates of immigration to the United States." well - that's freedom of choice!
