In the end Ukrainians will decide for themselves if living standards improve. I was there last month and I noticed that people were disappointed with the results so far. As long as there are critics and scandals are exposed there is hope!
As usual the neighbors can set a good or bad example. If Russia improves its own business climate and reduces red tape and corruption Ukraine will benefit
