Microsoft was founded by two college students with about 1,000 USD in capital between them, they just didn't privatized IBM because of their political connections. Starbuck's coffee was founded in Seattle by a writer named Jerry Baldwin, an English teacher Gordon Bowker, and history teacher Zev Siegl, they had been buying their coffee from Berkeley, California, and Vancouver, British Columbia, and they saw a business opportunity. Each contributed $1,350 and borrowed another $5,000 to open a store that sold coffee beans, which they ordered from Peet's Coffee and Tea in Berkeley. They wanted to use a nautical theme and looked for names in the nineteenth-century novel Moby Dick. In researching Puget Sound history they discovered a mining camp on Mt. Rainier called Starbo. This evolved to Starbucks, after the ship's mate in Moby Dick. This is NOT how businesses are created in Ukraine. Most large businesses are transferred from being state-owned enterprises to private ones. In some instances the beneficiary even borrows the money out of future profits to pay for the businesse's purchase which in some instances has been 1% of it's appraised value, sometimes they "forget" to pay their employees and have even more profits, this has nothing to do with capitalism.
