respect a rule of law. They have never been a part of the civilized Europe ( representing current EU). Just take a look at your response.
Despite of reach resources, Ukraine is a very poor country. This is, because for a Ukrainian mentality of Guljaj Polje, it is far more important to pocket the $50 from a tourist who forgot to fill out a form than to make a tourist feel comfortable in Ukraine. A Ukrainian custom officer does not care whether a tourist comes again and spends $5000 in Ukraine, instead of $50. For a Ukrainian custom officer is critical to get his/her $50. That's why this (custom o.) is the most corrupt branch of the Ukrainian government.
Keep defending this system of neo-Cossack robbers in Ukraine! You can be sure that the country will flourish as in the past.
The facts are not a smear and to face them require courage.
