I truly, truly, truly hope that they will prevail and that everywhere this is stamped out. Unfortunately demand exists and the public and lawmakers are unwilling to deal with the issues involved (witness the back and forth re: stem cell research) and so scandals erupt in US - cornea removal from the deceased without permission, organ removal in UK from children, Chinese convicts executed in order that organs can be harvested and sold. There is a huge Body Parts Trade and yet again I call where is the UN, where are world organizations, cooperating governments, etc.?
I wonder whether they will prevail as in the UK - as it took four years to get the pathologist at the center of the Alder Hey scandal at the Liverpool hospital to be struck off.
