Don’t be silly. You understand that initial post was about Ukrainian borsch. There is no borsch in restaurant menu somewhere in central Russia. They have soup called “schi” what is quite different from borsch. Due to popularity of borsch some restaurants in the United States (not only Russian)have “Russian” borsch in a menu. If you eat this “Russian” borsch I understand that you don’t like it.(I prefer Mexican tortilla soup) I stopped giving my own recipe because if it is cooked by somebody who read this recipe it will not be the same as my grandma used to cook.
