Just who owns Rusukrenergo, the Ukrainian government says it can't figure out exactly who owns this company, which is responsible for the domestic transport of most of its internal gas supply. This is a company that owns nothing and produces nothing, it just buys from one source and sells to another, a pure "middleman" company. Is this company really United Energy Systems II, and secretly headed by Tymoshenko, almost certainly it is someone very big in the government.
