Did you listen to the press conference? He blamed infighting and individual posturing (PR) as having an adverse effect on government operations and efficiency. He alluded to the allegations of official corruption, but personally doubted any extensive corruption. Nevertheless, he stated that the allegation required further investigation. The entire cabinet was not implicated in corruption and this was not a reason for their dismissal. Whether there is a Russian connection remains to be seen. In any case, neither the President or other cabinet members made reference to a Russian conspiracy.
